Skin imperfections are benign spots such as steel warts, old age warts and bumps. These are often experienced as cosmetically disturbing. It is possible to remove these skin imperfections with the help of laser therapy. We do this using the KTP or the fractional CO2 laser.

With the help of laser therapy we treat skin irregularities such as:

stalk warts (fibroids)

old age warts

benign moles

bumps (nodules)

The purpose of the treatment is to remove the skin irregularities.

For the first treatment you will receive an intake interview and photos will be made. These will be used to map the results of the treatments. Your skin is then cleansed and disinfected. During the treatment you wear glasses for protection. The treatment itself is not completely painless. The pulse from the laser device feels like a rubber band that taps your skin. You can experience a slight irritating feeling. As a result, your skin may feel slightly irritated after treatment. This irritation disappears after a few hours.

In some cases your health insurer reimburses the treatment. For this we ask you for a referral letter from the doctor or specialist.

De huid mag niet zonnebank of zongebruind zijn. Voor het beste resultaat mijdt u vier weken voor en vier weken na de behandeling direct zonlicht en de zonnebank.

De huid mag niet gebruind zijn door middel van zelfbruiners. Voor het beste resultaat mijdt u vier weken voor en vier weken na de behandeling zelfbruiners.

Stop minimaal twee weken voor de behandeling met het gebruik van etherische oliën.

Gebruik op de dag van behandeling geen make-up of crème.

Hoeveel behandelingen?

Het resultaat van de behandeling is meestal direct zichtbaar. Afhankelijk van het soort huidoneffenheid heeft u gemiddeld 1–2 behandelingen nodig.

Direct na de behandeling kan er een lichte roodheid ontstaan, dit zal na ongeveer een dag afnemen.

Het is mogelijk dat er een lichte schilfering ontstaat. Het is van belang dat u niet gaat krabben en/of de schilfertjes verwijderd in verband met huidbeschadigingen.

Vermijdt direct zonlicht en de zonnebank tot zes weken na de behandeling om pigmentverschuivingen te voorkomen.

Bescherm de huid dagelijks met een SPF 30. Start hiermee zes weken voor de behandeling en ga hier tot zes weken na de behandeling mee door. Wij adviseren hannah Juvi Protect, dit is een product wat de huid beschermd, kalmeert en huidirritaties verminderd.
